Christmas Recipes - Christmas Jello

Layer in large bowl

1st layer

6oz pkg lime jello
2 cups boiling water
1 3/4 cup cold water

Dissolve jello into boiling water. 

Pour in cold water, stir and set.

2nd layer

1 small packet unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup half and half
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin into boiling water, mix well.  Beat cream cheese
until smooth.  Beat rest of ingriedients until smooth.  Pour over
1st layer and set

3rd layer

6oz package reaspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 10 oz pkg raspberries, thawed and juices included

Dissolve Jello into boiling water, dissolve well.  Mix all
ingriedients slightly and pour over other layers and let set.
